THE GIFT OF SHAYLA was a super hot quickie and it earned 4 of 5 stars from me! Short stories and novellas are tough to pull off because there is a lot to tell in very few pages, but this story works! Author N.J. Walters angle was smart. The trio’s story begins long before the reader enters the picture and that makes a ménage much more believable, in my opinion.
